So far apart, it ain’t tropical, it’s arctic<\/span>
Waiting for a storm – drown us tonight<\/span>
I don’t mind solitude but only in pieces<\/span>
Because everybody needs to relax, unwind<\/span>
But for all it helps, after awhile it ceases<\/span>
When we get into an island state of mind<\/span>
We need to get outside of ourselves<\/span>
Crash together and form continents<\/span>
Nothing much to being little puddles<\/span>
When together we could become oceans<\/span>
It is getting closer to us being flooded out<\/span>
Of this existence that is short in time<\/span>
Its time we get out of these whereabouts<\/span>
